LadyUmbrella T-shirts: Tested on The Stage

Hello all, it turns out I have an inner scientist that I was not aware of and have conducted another demanding test on our LadyUmbrella ladies t-shirts. You might have seen us when we Tested them in the Sunshine but this time we wanted to see how our t-shirts would hold up on stage...a fortunate sequence of events made this possible..

You may recall we ran a competition a while back and one of the winners is an Irish based musician who goes by the name of EleventyFour. Well, she recently got in touch with us letting us know which tees she wanted and we promptly delivered. She also let us know that she was playing a gig on Friday 15th January in Crawdaddy in Dublin and we figured why not go and conduct a test. Check the video below.

The gig itself was really great. I (Rob) really like music and have played in bands and been a band manager so have a little bit of music knowledge and I thoroughly enjoyed the gig. The fact that EleventyFour was wearing our t-shirt made it all the sweeter (and she even plugged us twice - pretty cool and we are most thinkful). Her music is quirky, chirpy, funny, interesting, lyrically rich and engaging. In the video in the background we have an EleventyFour song called "The Friend Song" playing which is a very nice song, asking the question, what kind of friend are you? You can listen to it here and I beg the question, what kind of friend are you? Leave a comment and let me know...

And, without further ado, the video, recorded and edited superbly by Elena and starring yours truly and EleventyFour..enjoy and leave a comment to let me know what other tests you'd like me to put our LadyUmbrella ladies t-shirts through - I'm all for the experiments now..On a final note, watch this space, watch our facebook fanpage and keep your eyes on our site, we are going to launch in the next week - nice!

Ok so, stay happy, leave a comment and let me know what you think of the video, what type of friend you are, any other t-shirt tests you'd like to see or just let us know that you're looking forward to us launching, hehe, we'd like to hear that too..ole..

P.S. We are going to splash out and get a new super dooper camera, the limitations of our one were found out in the dark setting of Crawdaddy - any suggestions?

Re: T-Shirt tests... there's still the water test to conduct.
Test 1: Have a hot babe go swimming in the ocean with one on.
Test 2: It's pool party time and someone throws the lady of the house in the pool.

You've got to check for transparency while wet! ;) hehe

Hey Manz, thanks for the comment..ah, a pool party in Ireland - well we can dream hehe...ye, the transparency test seems to be a sought after one alright and I'm sure the scientist in me will pursue it to its fullest sometime, all in the name of science and LadyUmbrella of course..ole..

I know, it's more of a test for those of us that live in hotter climates. I forget the amount of times I've been thrown into a pool!

There's always the chance that one of your Irish fans will get caught out in the rain without an umbrella... you could test that ;)

Good luck on your opening!

...a wet T comp should go down well in a Guinness pub :)

Hehe, a wet t comp and a few pints - we're going to Ibiza...ye, leaving some ladies in the pouring rain could work, would test more than just the tees as well hehe..
